I bought these pH test strips mainly to check the alkaline water I use for brewing coffee. The results were quick and surprisingly accurate, especially at the high end of the pH scale.What I appreciated most was the ease of use. The included color chart is simple to follow, and results show up in seconds. The strips are stored in a resealable bottle, which helps keep them fresh and ready for multiple uses.Just make sure to read the strip quickly before it dries, since the color can fade over time. Overall, a solid and accurate tool for the price.

Initial tests showed bleach at pH 13, white vinegar at 2, and two different spring waters at around 7-8. My purpose of buying these strips is to test water for coffee. The strips seem to work well. I'm a little suspicious of the near neutral spring water tests, but this will take further testing to determine the efficacy of the strips. If the neutral area tests are correct, then this product deserves 5 stars. Will update this review in the future.Update June 2025: Strips are very accurate but not for drinking water, which the customer service was very helpful in pointing out. As stated above on acidic and high alkaline products the strips were very accurate, but on drinking water the results were always around 7 with slight variations. I'm also wondering if the stated pH levels promised by these spring water companies has any validity. But customer service was great to deal with.

I originally purchased these for my pool, I misunderstood the purpose, then I decided to use them to check my own ph levels, and found out my Silva is very acidic and the ph in my water I drink at home from the tap and water filter are both neutral, go figure. What do I do with this information, I'm not sure, but Google might have information

We bought them because we make soap at home and need to make sure it is done by checking the ph level since we cant do the clear water test, we have hard water where we live. I dipped them in the soap water and they came out neutral! Just to make sure these work for other ph levels, we sprayed vinegar mixed with water, and the ph level changed to very acidic. So id say these are very accurate.These are extremely easy to use. Just need to dip it in the liquid for a second and you get the results. For the vinegar test i didnt dip it in but it still gave me accurate results and the colors matched easily to the chart provided.

The description is confusing saying that the test strips are for all liquids but this product doesn't work for testing urine and saliva, it shows neutral pH throughout the day. Other test strips I'm using do show acidic, neutral or alkaline pH environment. I also tested these strips with vinegar, tap water and bottled water. The results have to be read almost right away because when the liquid dries out on the strips, the color changes and fades. So, if you don't mind that, the product is fine.

I'm not sure these work. Unfiltered tap water, filtered tap water, and bottled water tested exactly the same and barely changed the color of the strip, if at all. I even tried another beverage, just to see if the color would change and...nothing.
