I have used many universal travel adapters. This is the best quality I have ever used. It supports fast charging.

The media could not be loaded. This Innovity universal travel adaptor is smaller than the one it replaces (lost in Germany) and seems well built.Each set of pins is extended by pushing the corresponding slider and locking into place once fully extended. The button on the opposite side releases the lock to allow them to be retracted. The extension and retraction is reasonably smooth and doesn't feel forced.The numerous USB ports are a very useful addition and will certainly come into their own on my upcoming railtour. The 30W USB-C port is fast-charging but does slow when the two USB-A ports are used simultaneously (although most of my electronics are now USB C, I do need to use a USB A to micro for an older camera).The pack also includes a USB-C to C cable (which is small enough to fit into the storage pouch) - I prefer to use my own longer flexible corded cables so this cable will go into my backup drawer. The storage pouch is a great addition to prevent damage and zips up snugly.There is no earth wiring (in common with most travel adaptors), though this isn't really an issue as it is only being used for small electronic / electrical devices.Priced at £15.99 at time of review, this is a decent quality universal travel adaptor covering many territories (but not my beloved Switzerland!).

I already have a very similar (Laffair) adapter that is electrically slightly better in that it is earthed and does not reverse live and neutral like this one does. Being unearthed, polarity is only relevant for the UK and Aus/NZ as in other countries it can be inserted either way, though 3-pin US plugs or US 2-pin plugs with the wider neutral prong are correct if the adapter is plugged into a UK or Aus/NZ socket. Earthing and polarity are however rarely of any importance for things you take on holiday or business. This adapter however has the greater advantage of faster charging, which indeed does work correctly.It has a reasonably solid feel to it and is totally sealed, with no screws to take it apart. That being the case, I can't check if it has surge protection as stated on the website title but not stated elsewhere on the website or on the adapter itself, so probably no surge protection.It has an 8A (not 10A) replaceable fuse and a spare. Although unlikely to blow, it's good that there's a spare because it is NOT a standard BS1362 fuse (25mm long) like they say and not even the shaver adapter size, BS646 (18mm long) but an unusual, even smaller and thinner non-standard fuse 10mm long. The media could not be loaded. I travel a lot having family in various countries and this is ideal! I like that it comes in its own little carrying case and with its own USBc charging cable. There’s also two USB charging points on top and a USBc port on the side. And, of course a socket for a plug on the other side. Perfect!!

We are now abroad and have discovered one of the usb points doesn’t work and yea I agree with other posters, it’s too heavy to stay in place. It keeps losing power as it falls out the Spanish plugs!! Hopefully they will fix it when I return .
