Easy to assemble, don't understand how people are complaining about that...it's called reading the directions. Just have to slide the rods out to add or remove curtains.

I ordered 4 of these rods, 3 small, 1 long. They look beautiful when installed (an industrial look without being overbearing). However, after installing I noticed the finish on the long rod appears imperfect/peeled or chipped off. Contacted the seller who says the paint should not peel off, but nonetheless mine has peeling on the long rod; hence for the less than perfect rating.UPDATE: I finally added the rest of the curtain panels to the long rod I purchased (the longest they offer) and the weight of the curtains ripped the braces off my walls. I didn't buy particularly heavy curtains and, considering this is a curtain rod, it's reasonable to expect to be able to put curtains on it. So now, i have a scratched up discolored curtain rod that can't hold curtains, and some drywall repair to do. I'm hoping I can devise some sturdier anchors and/or an additional brace than the 2 it came with so I can still use it as it matches the other 3 I bought (and after spending this much $ on curtain rods, i don't want to have to go back to square 1). Because the long rod cannot hold the weight of average curtains and due to the peeling off the finish, i have to rate this product a 1, despite it's on point aesthetic appeal.

I found this to be very easy to install. I don't know why the instructions tell you to put the curtains on before screwing the mounts into the wall. That did not make sense to me so I did not do that. As long as you have proper measurements and mount the brackets where they should go, you will be fine. I'm sure it is easier to install without having to manage curtain panels too!The reviewer that states that you have to unscrew the wall brackets to remove your curtain panels for washing is wrong. You simply rotate the rod until it disconnects on one end, slide the rod over, and remove the curtains, then do the same on the other side (if you have a center support installed.The drywall anchors they give you are garbage (as expected). I used 1/4 inch molly screws instead.

Easy to install and fit out look. No way of adjusting drapes or changing out unless you take it off of the wall.

Love the look! Hate how you have to unscrew from the wall to change or wash the curtains. Huge hassle and it takes 2 people

Just keep in mind you were going to need tools every time you want to change a curtain. I had to have these professionally installed, this is not a simple curtain rod by any means

I purchased the bronze rod for our sliding glass door curtain. Our old curtain desperately needed replacing and our old rod would not work with a grommet curtain. I have to say I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality of this rod. We are able to close the curtain (which is a black out curtain) all the way to the wall on both ends for more privacy.

Love this rod. It is sturdy and holds very heavy drapes beautifully. The pipe fitting look is perfect with my decor. It was more difficult than normal rods to install and you can't slip the rod out of the "brackets", you have to remove one bracket from the wall to take your drapes down. It's worth the inconvenience to me. Hopefully won't need to take the drapes down very often. Highly recommend this rod.
