RBXActive Women's Plus Size Relaxed Fit Breathable Ventilated Athletic Short with Pockets

I'm surprised by these shorts. As a plus size woman that's stocky, short, and carries most of my weight around my midsection, finding a pair of shorts that was comfortable around the waist and still could flatter me by not making me look stumpy or make my legs look shorter can be a chore. I was wearing running style shorts, but it was annoying either having to pull the waistband back up, or pull the hems down when material was bunching up between my thighs. I know those problems could be somewhat avoided if I lost weight, but until then I'm incredibly happy I found these RBX shorts.I mainly purchased these because it's getting hot where I live and wanted a pair of shorts that were appropriate to wear to work. I needed something in a knee length that wasn't gym shorts. I haven't found a pair of denim shorts that looked decent, so I figured these would pass because they remind me of men's golf shorts and don't look like the usual fare for exercise shorts. Being as I can be anywhere from a 16 to a 20 depending on the brand of jeans, I ordered a 1X and 2X to try and found the 1X fit a lot better/more flattering than the 2X, which looked baggy on me.Right off the bat I was impressed with these. For the material being as thin as it is, I was surprised at how you couldn't see much of a panty line. I tried on a brief style, and then a cheeky style that had a lace trim, and although the cheeky one was less visible than the brief, the flowy nature of the shorts still did a good job disguising the seam lines on the brief style. There are two pockets, and they're more on the front side of the shorts, like on a pair of jeans, than built into the side seams. The hem falls just above my knee, but still looks appropriate for where I work. The first day I wore them and was driving around they weren't constricting around the thigh, nor did the waistband cut into me. When I was out walking, not once did I need to adjust the waistband or feel the need to pull at the hem to keep them from riding up in the crotch. It was honestly a breath of fresh air not having that added worry of knowing I'd have to keep an eye on how my clothes were going to act.If you like to be comfortable in warmer weather, a little bit modest, and not worry about common plus size shorts problems like creeping up between your legs, these are amazing shorts. I'll be wearing mine for work, errands, lounging around at home, and generally living in them this summer. I've already ordered more pairs so I'm stocked up because the quality is too good to just have one pair.

These are my absolute favorite shorts. They breath well, fit nicely, and are not too short and not too long. I am overweight with a large floppy gut and they fit me nicely with plenty of room. They have nice deep pockets and can hold alot of things without dropping them. I live in swampy hot south Georgia and sweat like a pig and these shorts don't hold onto the stink. I can wear them several days in a row which makes them great for traveling or camping. They do not wrinkle and do not take up much space in a bag. I keep pair folded up in my purse in case I need shorts. These are the type of shorts you can wad up, toss on the floor, leave them there for weeks and then put them on in a rush and they look fine. If you are in a pinch need to wash them in the sink they dry quickly. Of all the RBX plus sized shorts these are my favorite.

I dont like clingy shorts and these shorts are definitely not that. Very comfortable, stretchy, nice length.

These are the most comfy shorts ever! I have bought 2 pair. The first pair I bought a 2xl (I am a size 16-18) and they were too big. The 2nd pair I got an xl in and they are still loose, but so comfortable

I want to like these shorts because they are so lightweight and airy, but they just aren't a good fit on me. I am typically an XL or XXL in women's stretch waist bottoms, but I carry a lot of weight in my abdomen so I ordered the 1X in these. The waistband is a snug fit, but the crotch hangs down mid-thigh making my fat thighs rub together. I don't think I could size down because these are already pretty tight in the waist. Anyone who has thighs that touch knows how uncomfortable it is to have your skin rubbing against itself. I have already run these through the laundry so I'm not returning them, but if I can't get them altered to fit better I will probably just donate them. I guess my other option would be to wear slip shorts under them, I'm just disappointed that it even needs to come to that.

I love these shorts. They fit so well. Dry quickly. Pockets are great. And they have the look of “nicer” shorts with the feel and utility of a sports short. Will def buy a few more pairs of these.

Wore these at summer camp. Super cool and comfortable. True to size. Thighs did not gobble.
