I use this as a headscarf and when paired with bandana / hair cap the sheerness is not an issue. The colour is pretty much exactly the same as what the picture displays as on my monitors. It doesn't slip and I can do a variety of different hijab styles with it, though I have not really used it as a shawl.I have no issues whatsoever with this product and I find it very pretty.

This is still in its GIFT envelope awaiting the recipient, however, it is easy to see that this is a simple, stylish, cheaply chic shawl that can help her easily cover up on warm-but-nippy evenings, or to wear as a shawl wrap for evening dress, as examples.Photos will be added when she receives the shawl. I got this for my partner for a night out and she was very happy with it.Considering it was less than a tenner, we were both very impressed with the quality feel of it. It was light, draped well and has an overall impression of being more expensive than it actually was and a few people even commented on the colour and sheen of the fabric.It also cleaned up well after getting a few spots of wine on it which was an added bonus.Definitely a good alternative if you don't want to risk something more expensive.

This veil is lightweight and attractive. The stitching on the edges is basic but neat. The fabric is a little thicker than the usual chiffon I am used to which is great, but it is very slippery. It has a very even texture so looks a nice quality. I have the black one and it is a bit more sheer in reality than appears in the photographs on the product page. The price of £12.99 at time of writing this review does seem a little steep for such a basic item.

There are plenty of reviews already on this scarf so all I can add is that if you are looking for a lilac shawl / wrap / scarf for any particular reason you can stop your search now and just press buy. This scarf is true to life and matches the listing perfectly and is just what you would expect - a long rectangular piece of slightly transparent lilac chiffon-like material which is so commonplace you can imagine how its going to feel before you even touch it. It is quite versatile and can be used as a wrap, a scarf or a sarong for the beach. The scarf seems a decent quality and arrives vaccum wrapped after being removed from the nice outer packaging which means it can be gifted. It also wasn't creased although it did have fold lines.

Although plain woven and without any patterning this is a nicely made shawl with a generous drape that is a simple but versatile accessory. It is not too sheer so should stave off any chilliness on a summer evening as it ties well at the front. At this price point it is probably polyester as it states only that this is a ‘superior material’ and that it is a ‘soft chiffon fabric’ which of course could mean man made or natural fibre. Having said that it is a useful addition to the wardrobe and will be a welcome accessory on my hols.

This is perfect size scarf. Light weight and lovely colour which suits on most of the colour dresses. Easy to carry.
