I used lots of Shiseido products and they always play nice with my skin. (I have normal skin and usually don’t have skin sensitive issue). So l put my faith in Shiseido and buy this eye cream...BIG mistake.I only used it for 4 days and I could not stand it. It burn my skin...my eye area is now irritated, red, dry with flakes. I could not use ANY of the skincare products I normally use. All feels painful except my Fresh Soy Face Cleanser...Now I am left with an irritated, sensitive, dry skin...After doing a little research, this product, as with many other retinol products, takes around 3 weeks for the skin to develop tolerance to retinol and enjoy the benefits of retinol...red, sensitive, irritated dry skin is to be expected at the beginning of using retinol...I so want this to work and keep trying for 2 more days...until my cheek area also become irritated and painful, then I gave up..Now all I care now is finding something to heal my skin...For those who want to try out this product, be prepared to have painful, dry and irritated skin for at least 2 weeks and have aloe vera ready to sooth your angry skin...

Warning!! I purchased elixir eye cream a few times (they all work fine) and this time this cream is giving me severe eczema! Either they changed their formula or it is not a real elixir product. I have never had eczema in my whole life yet it is giving me eczema.

This product makes eye skin very dry and burning. It cause damage to the eye. Don't use it on sensitive skin! Don't buy it.

目の下の笑い皺ケアのため購入。毎日朝晩クリームを塗って一ヶ月、効果が目に見えて現れてきました。資生堂の公式サイトでは９週間で効果が現れるとのことです。この商品は公式サイトに書かれているように、「明瞭な浅い皺の中に、やや深い皺が微かに認められる」レベルの皺に効果があるようです。私の皺はもともと浅く、それがさらに若干浅くなったという感じです。朝、皺が完全に見えない時もあります。笑うことが多いので、夜になると薄っすら皺ができていますが…私は肌が強く、普段肌荒れしないのですが、この商品を塗った箇所が、たまにピリピリと痛いです。また、少しガサガサと荒れています。化粧品とはいえ、刺激が強く、危険であり、慎重に使う必要のあるクリームだと思います。シミが出来やすくなるので、日焼け対策は必須です。

一本使いきったところです。使用は夜のみ、しわたるみがかなりあります。顔の右側はあまり効果分からず、左頬ははっきりシワが減りました。頬に塗った残りの手で首も塗っていたのですがなんと首の効果がはっきり。もしかして使っている手の圧や強さが違うのか？或いは量が違うのか？勿論リピして次はけちらずたっぷり使ってみます。
