This is a very attractive frying pan. It is easy to clean and the food does not stick

This is my first ceramic pan, and the design of this pan is such that it has steeper sides, less of a slope than some other pans, so you do end up with more usable (flat) cooking surface, very close to 6¾ inches by my measurement. The pan has some heft to it, weighing 1 pound 7¼ ounces, and the handle is a bit longer (about 7½ inches) than my other 8 inch skillets.If you're considering purchasing this pan, a few key items to note from the manufacturer: ✽ cook using low to moderate heat, let preheat about 90 seconds ✽ use oil/butter, never use cooking sprays ✽ use silicone utensils ✽ if hand washing, use a soft sponge, never use scrubber sponge, nylon brush or abrasive detergentsI've only used this pan 3 times now, making scrambled eggs, cooking a hamburger, and making a grilled cheese sandwich. All have come out fine, no sticking (I used butter for the eggs and grilled cheese; splash of olive oil for the hamburger) and clean up also had no issues (dishwasher after the eggs, hamburger; hand washed after the grilled cheese). I used a silicone spatula for the burger and the grilled cheese, and an exoglass spatula (a patented polyamide material of composite plastic; you can find these here on Amazon) for the eggs.I'm impressed with this pan and will look toward adding other ceramic nonstick pans to my kitchen.

We are slowly but surely replacing our frying pans and are so glad we got this one. After many uses, I think it's safe to say that it is truly nonstick. Between my husband and I, we have made a variety of foods in this pan, such as scrambling and frying eggs, breakfast sausage, pork chops, and chicken breast. And best of all, it's super easy to clean, whether that's in the dishwasher or at the sink. We’ve washed it several times in the dishwasher already and have no concerns with it messing up the pan. The blue color is also really pretty.

My family likes this pan. The true test will be how long it stays stick free like it is now. We have a couple other ceramic pans and they started out good but have become less effective over time. This one has worked really well so far. We've used it probably 1/2 dozen times so far. You can see a little evidence of the use on the bottom but so far it's cleaning up really well.

Perfect size and weight. Nonstick seems very durable and items release well. Beautiful color. Quality seems excellent considering the reasonable price. Order one - you won’t be disappointed and will find yourself grabbing it often.

It is truly nonstick and easy to clean. I'm happy it came with cleaning instructions as I had another set of ceramic pans and didn't know to not use a bristle cleaning brush on them. It definitely does mess up the coating as my other ones aren't non stick anymore.Definitely will be purchasing more of these in different sizes to replace my other ones. Recommend this brand especially for the use and care instructions!Great quality but didn't come with a lid but not a biggie as I'm sure I have one that fits.

Goes in the dishwasher, too. I am pleased with it.
