This product is not Universal it fits in my jump box but it will not work .the indicator light blinks red/green rather then a solid red or green

Does not work with my charger
These are the correct type of clamps and they do fit my HOMPOW portable charger. However, when I hook them up to the vehicles battery the unit errors out. I tried reseating them and same error. I switch back to my old clamps and they work.I ordered these as back ups as one pair that came with the unit broke and I would like a B/U pair of clamps, but these will not work.If I find out I am doing something incorrect or the error happens to clear then I will update my review.For now I can not recommend these as a universal clamp.

Did not fit
The listing for these jumper cables states that they are compatible with most external batteries.In fact they did not fit mine, a well known brand. So I can only evaluate these based on their apparent good materials and sturdiness. The cables are thick and the alligator clips feel strong.But the connecting jacks are too wide to fit my battery, so no comment on performance.

Cheap Insurance!!
Just like you carry a jump pack in the trunk in case your battery dies, sometimes you can blow the fuse in the cables, it happens. These fit all the jump packs that take this square D connector. Or if you want to upgrade your cables this style with the black box at the base, these IMO are the best out of all the cables.
