This serum is a total WOW! I love that it contains a high amount of human stem cell conditioned media, much like the outrageously priced TNS Recovery Complex that I used to use. I immediately recognized the difference in my skin's texture and more refined looking pores, even after one evening, from this specific technology. I've been using this milky, gel like serum after using retinol at night with no irritation. It absorbs immediately with no tacky feel. I love the way this Korean beauty product also includ so many beneficial skin hydrators - aloe, silica, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and stem and leaf extracts. It also contains other anti-aging ingredients and actives - vitamin B3, salicylic acid, resveratrol, copper peptides, ceramides and Lactobacillus. But it also contains added fragrance that is floral and may aggravate people who are scent sensitive.This is a 5.07 ounce plastic pump bottle. I am a bit confused about the listing stating that it is 1.69 ounces and I don't see any menus for ordering different sizes at different prices. But at 5 ounces, I will happily continue to slather this serum on face, neck and chest every night. This Perfect 9 Serum is sure to please any skin care junkie and I highly recommend it.

My skin was purging from using another product so it was dry and itchy. This serum has helped my skin to clear up. I will continue using this product for as long as my skin likes it.

My wife's first time trying this night shift serum from Derma. She says it spreads and absorbs very well and didn't make her skin feel greasy or clog her pores, and there's no irritation.She was pleased to see that this serum doesn't leave a film or is overly greasy. It does take a while to be absorbed (she said it feels a bit sticky/tacky at initial application), but after that, the skin is pleasant to the touch and looks a little shiny. There is some scent to it, but not overpowering or lingering, so she also likes that.This serum comes in a pump bottle which makes it easier to apply, so she's quite happy about that.

This serum has a slippery consistency, kind of like snail mucin feels. It spreads easily. I only use two pumps for my face and neck. It doesn’t burn a tiny bit for just a minute when I apply it. But it doesn’t cause redness or peeling or any other visible irritation. My skin looks hydrated and plump! I would definitely order this again. I feel like I can see a difference in my skin since using it.
