Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte Mix, Variety Pack, 18 Sticks

I love this product, I have tried many, many hydration brands but this is by far the best quality and very easy to drink. I wish they could make these products cheaper because I would buy hundreds of them at a better price. I personally like all of the flavours.

Really helpful for my POTS symptoms Liquid I.V. has made a noticeable difference in how I manage my POTS symptoms. Since starting it, I’ve felt more hydrated and stable throughout the day. It’s reassuring to have something that actually helps, and the flavours taste really nice too – not overly sweet or artificial. I do think they’re on the pricier side, but for me, the benefits have been worth it. It’s become a staple in my daily routine, especially on tougher days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra hydration support!

This is the second time I’ve ordered this product. I enjoy the flavours and I seem to get good weight loss results when using them, as it boosts my electrolytes. The only reason I gave 4* is the price. I wish they were slightly cheaper to buy.

I drink electrolytes everyday for POTS and liquid IV hydration sachets and some of the easiest to drink. They have good ratios of quality salt and other electrolytes and aren't full of sugar. They are however quite sweet, so I use one sachet per a litre or add more salt. They're also better if you add ice or add really cold water. Their only downfall is they're very expensive, I tend to stock up when they're on offer.

Love the lemon and lime best. They are nicer in icy cold or chilled water, first few sips are odd but then becomes nice? Keeps me feeling hydrated and not groggy, great after being poorly or recovering from a headache!

I swear by liquid IV (especially to rehydrate after too much wine)! The multipack is great to try all the flavours, and individual sachets make them so portable and easy to keep in your bag for emergencies. They’re a little expensive but I think worth it for the great flavour, hydration benefits, and the boost of energy. They’re also a staple of any of my running training blocks and are easy to digest!

I got this multi pack to try out different flavours kind of like a sample pack. I did not like the lemon one one bit but the others were ok. Whilst it’s sweet it’s not too bad when you add an extra 300ml of water to it. Overall it’s a great product.

Love these! I was a bit hesitant at first but these are so tasty and help hydrate. These are brilliant and they aren't thick like some others. They taste amazing, literally like buying flavoured water but with the added extras. Boost energy levels and dissolve easily, they're good to keep in your bag and use them through out your day. Very efficient and love how the come with different flavours Highly recommend.
