perfect for neack and shoulder pain. The weight is enough to relieve tension in your shoulders. I love the fact this can be heated or cooled, if you heat it up it does stay warm for quite a while, i didnt time it but think it stayed hot/warm for about 30 minutes maybe. Its soft, and smells good, if you need a little bit of relief but dont like being attached to a heating pad, this is perfect for you!

I've been using heating pads for years. I know that I shouldn't use heat for more than 15 to 20 minutes. Since this only stays warm for about that time, it helps me limit my use to what's been recommended by my doctor.The neck wrap warms easily in the microwave. I do 30 second bursts and shift it, so I know it's getting more evenly warmed.The difference in the applied heat is noticeable. Heating pads rest on my body, so that much of the heat isn't getting where I need it. The weight of the neck wrap allows more solid contact and, hence, get more muscle relaxation from the heat.I like that it has velcro so I don't have to hold it on me. All in all, this gives me more relief in my neck and shoulders that my heating pad did.

I am enjoying this weight neck wrap a lot. It helps to relieve some pressure after a long day at work and the scent is very subtle but having it there elevates the experience. Warming it up definitely helps with the effectiveness! I'd definitely recommend this one

This weighted neck wrap heating pad feels nice and cozy. The fabric is very soft, and it’s easy to use. It’s nice that it can Velcro around the neck, but I think it also works well draped over my shoulder. My one complaint is that I wish the straps were a bit longer. If it was a little bit bigger, it would be great.

I have other neck wraps to help with pain relief, but I ordered the Asutra Weighted Neck Wrap in Gray because it is weighted. The wrap is soft and comfortable to wear. It is high quality and well made. It is fully adjustable and it has a large area that you can velcro it all together. I was concerned it would be too large for me, but there was more than enough area for me to velcro it so it stayed comfortable. I appreciate when products offer a large range of adjustable sizes so I can get just the right fit.

I tend to carry my stress in my shoulders and neck. Regular heating pads don't always target the areas that are really bothering me. This neck wrap is perfect! I put it in the microwave (for longer than the 1 minute they originally recommended) then wrapped it around my shoulders and neck. The weight made it stay in place and feel so nice as the heat sunk in. I had to experiment with the velcro, but I liked being able to attach it in front so it stayed in place. I could even walk around with it. It made an enormous difference in the tension in my shoulders and neck!

I have purchased several magnesium pain relief lotions from Asutra so was hopeful that this product would be as awesome. It isn't. The beads in the neck part in particular seem to be bunched up and... Crusty? Almost like when a baby diaper gets damp and some of the beads start to clump.I first tried using it warm and it seemed to work pretty good but it didn't quite fit my shoulders well to be a 5/5 for that aspect.The lavender scent was all but non existent. Very very faint and the clay bead scent was as strong if not steonger than the lavender was.The next day I tried it cold after over 12 hours in the freezer. It wasn't really cool at all. It provided maybe 3 minutes of cool not cold and the wrap didn't seem to be any cooler than walking into the milk section at a Costco for two minutes.In conclusion this is useless as a cool pack and works moderaly well as a heat pack. Do not expect any lavender scent.
