I bought the correct size S/M and it fits just fine. My big issue is that the sleeve length terminates above the elbow. The photo shows it well below the elbow, which is why I bought it, so very disappointing.

Although the garment is comfortable, it does not offer enough arm compression for post-surgical procedures.
