The user guide was helpful, but it took a few tries to get the perfect seal every time. Although the kit includes lid converters, it doesn’t come with mason jars themselves. It would be more convenient if at least a couple of jars were included to get started immediately. The device is a bit noisy during operation, as can be heard in my attached video. It’s not excessively loud, but noticeable enough that I prefer it when the kitchen is less busy.Overall, its convenience, efficiency, and ability to preserve food excellently outweigh the minor drawbacks. Well this has turned out to be a very good find. It sucks the air out and seals the jar airtight. Works brilliantly. I love gadgets like this, they make life easy and leave more time for fun
