Comfortable and warm
I love the boot how warm and comfortable it is. I live in Alaska and this boot can hold up against the cold and with the correct sole on your boot , I’m sure footed. One takeaway: the plastic heal stud that you attached the rubber strap coming from the sole is not dependable when you walk in broken ice. The ice pieces break of the plastic stud on the back of the heal of the boot. So I cut the rubber strap off and the sole and the sole still stays on with the other attachments coming from the sole and works fine .

Amazing boot
I heard about this boot through a social media group so I took a chance . I have several competitors branded boots that are of the same ilk . This boot is amazing. It fits perfectly, it is really warm and lightweight. I think it is also the only boot on the planet in which you can change the soles. They are a lifetime boot for me .

Very easy to take on and off
I bought this boot for snowmobileing and it says it was good for up to negative. 60° f but even on a 15° day you can feel your toes are not as warm as you would like, especially for something that was rated for that temperature. But other than that the boot is very nice. Fits perfectly easy to take on and off. I like the cleats on the bottom. Keeps you from sliding on the ice. Not 100% better but still some extra grip

Not waterproof- overpriced for what you get.
I had high expectations considering; and that may be my reason behind only 2 stars. For a boot with a cost over $200 I was under the impression that these are going to be the best of the best for ice fishing. They are not bought them in Oct. 2022 and I’m writing my review 2 years later in Feb of 2024. From the get go I was not impressed with 1200g of thinsulate… my 200g hiking boots insulated equally if not a little better. I truly wanted to like these because I wanted to justify its price tag. But I continued to make excuses for the boots- thinking the elements were just extreme however when a lesser expensive pair of boots perform better in the same conditions there’s not a whole you can do but accept the reality. This last weekend I went to a fishing tournament where there was a good amount of slush on the ice. These boots did not prevent my feet from getting wet- in fact my feet were so soaked that on my way home I had to stop at a store to buy a pair of socks to be able to wear my other shoes on my drive. I apologize to the company for such a negative review however I feel as an honest review will at least motivate them to do better. The boa lace system is neat, reminds me of my snowboarding boots but that is about all I enjoyed with these boots.

Bought for ice fishing
Great books for ice fishing when used with the spiked bottom. Wish they came in a -100 degree rating because winter ice fishing in the Rockies is super cold!

Dont buy into their Ad gimmik
These boots are not warm, especially in cold weather. They are not completely waterproof either. I do a lot of Ice fishing and as soon as I get these boots I test them in extreme conditions The ONLY thing I can say positively about these boots is that they are super light and feel good on your feet.
