Future-Proof LiPo Battery Charger
The media could not be loaded. I've been using a trickle charger in my garage for a while now, mainly for my motorcycle and vintage car. However, having just one charger means I often have to swap it between the two, which can be a hassle. Plus, I've been considering upgrading my motorcycle to a LiPo battery, so I wanted a charger that could handle both types. That's when I stumbled upon the PowerUrus 12V LiFePO4 Battery Charger, which not only works with LiFePO4 batteries but also with various other types, including lead-acid, AGM, gel cell, and deep cycle batteries. This versatility is exactly what I need to keep all my vehicles powered up without any hassle. The PowerUrus charger offers a fast charging speed of up to 10 amps, which means I can top up my batteries quickly and efficiently. Once the battery is nearly full, the charger automatically switches to trickle mode, preventing overcharging and extending the battery's lifespan. Plus, with built-in protections against short circuits, overloads, and reverse connections, I can charge my batteries with peace of mind, knowing they're safe from damage. One thing I appreciate about this charger is its fully automatic operation. I simply plug it in and let it do its thing. The microprocessor-controlled program monitors the charging status, and the indicator light turns green when the battery is fully charged, so there's no guesswork involved. Additionally, the charger is lightweight and portable, making it easy to carry and store when not in use.The included user manual is simple but limited in details, and must be referenced to identify the LED indicator status on the charger. AC power cord measures 36 inches, the charger output cord is 18 inches, M6 Eyelet Terminals cord is 19 inches, and the Battery Clamp cord is 17 inches. SAE connectors are universal and will connect to other SAE connectors that may already be on your battery.Overall, the PowerUrus 12V LiFePO4 Battery Charger has been a great addition to my garage. It's reliable, efficient, and compatible with a wide range of batteries, making it a versatile solution for all my charging needs. Plus, it's future-proof, so I can upgrade to LiPo batteries with confidence, knowing that this charger has me covered.

Works as expected. Works with standard SAE connectors.
I got this charger to use with small Lifepo4 batteries with 10A BMS units. I like that it is the brick style which does not have a noisy fan or vents where debris or liquid could enter. The connectors for the cable clamps and ring cable are compatible with standard SAE connectors. Reverse polarity protection works, as I accidentally tested that feature. The cable clamps have brass teeth and are good quality. Charging started at 9.79A, but I do not know if the charger or battery's BMS was choosing that current. The current decreased and voltage increased as charging progressed, which is probably to maximize battery life. Voltage was initially 13.1V, but increased as charging progressed and current went down. By the time the current got down to 1A, the voltage had increased to 14.2V. A bit odd, but I assume it's just how the charger works. It worked as expected to charge the battery. Overall I am happy with the charger and would recommend it for LifePo4 batteries.

Worked good to charge a LifePO4 battery !
We have some smaller size LifePO4 batteries so I tested it topping off the charge on one that had been sitting a while, these smaller ones have short tabs so I had some bare alligator clips I could attach to them to then attach the bigger clips of the charger. The charger worked as expected and the light turned from red to green when battery was fully charged. It topped off the charge in a reasonably short time too.

14.2V in my testing; clips are a little cumbersom
I've been using this for a few weeks on small LiFePO4 batteries, and it is working fine. One thing I noticed is that I've never seen the voltage over 14.2, although it says 14.4V 10A on the label.Another thing I noticed is that it maintains that voltage for a while after it is unplugged, so don't be alarmed when you thought you unplugged it and the LEDs are still lit.Speaking of the LEDs, just small ones to let you know when your battery is fully charged, no other kind of display. (A small LCD panel with voltage, amperage would be nice)The clips are comically large and unwieldy on small batteries, but I can get it to work, and they'd be just fine on my larger cells.

Good charger for your Lifepo4 Batteries
Seems to be working well and charges up my Lifepo4 batteries fine. Small and compact with minimal frills and easy to carry around.

Great Charger
This little thing works like a champ. I love the fact that it comes with two sets ups. One that bolts on and the other with standard clips with quick connects on it.

Gets a little warm, but works very well.
I have needed one of these for some time, since my old one that I inherited died. This one is nice and small, and it charged up my fairly dead battery in about 10 hours. It does get a little hot, so I put it on some stone samples to keep it cool.I would suggest keeping tabs on it when you use it, just in case.I hope I don't need it very often, but I am glad to have it when I do.

Output seems to be closer to 13.1v - but for smaller capacity batts, that's fine
Would i use this on say a 100aH 12v LifePO4 battery, prob not, the voltage starts and stays low throughout the charging cycle, which will eventually damage a decent, expensive battery. To charge a little 7A or 12A, etc I would say it's a decent deal for the money
