Great protection, light weight
This year I decided to prepare extra for my hiking trip. I am surrounded by poisonous plants, cacti, snakes and many other harmful plants, objects and animals. One year I fell on a cactus and ended up with a few needles on the side of my leg. This year, I came with these. They definitely help protect against all of the said above. They are light weight, durable and easy to put on. Over my trip, wearing these makes pathing a lot safer, and paired with some equally safe shoes, the cacti are no longer an issue. Overall I'm very happy with these and I wouldn't go camping without my gaiters. I like the look of them as well. And they are comfortable to wear for longer periods.

My husband wears these waterproof snake chaps on his hunting ranch in West Texas. Thank goodness he's never had a snake challenge them but they work great for briars, sticky weeds and other brush that scratch, even through jeans.
