not as durable as they used to be, but the bell is great
the feathers are decimated after a few days, so I combine the partial remains into one unit. the bell gets the cats running and flying through the air. highly entertaining

Cats love it
Our cats run and jump while chasing it. They can tell the difference between these and knockoffs. We figure the da bird actually sounds real to them. If the catch it, they like to take their prey and run away with it. We try to let them stop it but not carry it off as they will destroy it. Once it's been beaten up a bit, we'll let them have it.

perfect addition to da-bird cat toy
This is not the authentic da-bird refill but works exactly as I wanted. My cats love this and I will but more of these when they inevitably destroy this batch. 100% cat approved!

My cat loves this!!! Flies beautifully thru the air
The proper use of this is to swing it like a fish pole, to get the bird to fly through the air. It makes a really cool whoosh sound as it flies and my cat just goes crazy jumping trying to catch it as it flies by her. I am really glad I bought the 3-pack!! She plays with this every day and it helps get her crazy kitten energy out.

My cat loves this but the feather isn't strong enough so he broke it.
My cat loves to play with but when he bit it the feather snapped their was some on on but I think the feather could have been a bit stronger.⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only toy my cats will play with consistently
The only toy my cats will play with consistently. They don’t seem to like most toys but this one they actually will ask for. We have to keep it in the coat closet because otherwise they will chew on the feathers all day. They know where it is stored and they will actually go and sit in front of the closet and meow until you take it out and play with them. We have to be careful because one of our cats will jump 5 feet in the air trying to catch it and I’m worried she’s going to get injured because she doesn’t always look where she’s going. The more energetic kitten loves, it and the more pragmatic cat also loves it. Great for all play styles. Highly recommend this toy. It is a little expensive but we’ve tried the generic brands and they just don’t measure up.

If your cats like toys attached to sticks, this is the very best.
This style of toy is nothing special. I have seen plenty of these at pet stores and have bought a variety of them. Feathers on a stick. Paper ball on a wire. Feather boa thing with more feathers. You get the point, right? I kept buying them because both of my cats only like toys where I am on one end and they chase the others. No balls or stuffed mice for these cats!I was told to try this toy by a friend who had seen it on Animal Planet's "Cat from Hell" and said (all six) of his cats loved it. When I finally got mine I was amazed by how easy the flying end maneuvers. It doesn't take much motion from the user to make it dance through the air to get the cats interested. It makes an interesting sound that both of my cats hone in on. When I pull out my other toys on a stick, neither of my cats are as interested and prefer to wait until I pull out Da Bird.Other than my cats loving them, I love it because I can buy refills when they've torn up the feathers. I really hate excess waste and if there isn't anything wrote with the stick, I rather buy the feather ends rather than the complete set every single time. The best price I have seen is on Amazon and will continue to buy them from here as long as they keep selling them.

Best cat toy our cats have ever had!
The cats love it, probably their best to ever. They sit by the cupboard where it is kept and wait for it to come out!
