I loved this backpack at first. It was almost perfect for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, after only 4 or 5 weeks it began falling apart: the straps were separating from the backpack because they turned out to be barely sewn in at the top near the handle (which ripped very easily; also the straps were not reinforced like good quality backpacks are) and several of the luminescent triangular pieces began lifting up. Needless to say, I was very disappointed!! Gratefully, I was issued a refund for this backpack immediately once I contacted Amazon (Thank you, Amazon!), so I give 5 stars for customer service.
