Menopause symptoms relieved
I have been taking these for a few months now, and I think they are helping me with the night sweats and hot flushes as they now seemed to have nearly gone. I cannot be 100% sure as I am also taking Maca root and ashwaganda, but I am not stopping them to find out! They are very reasonably priced, natural and if they are doing the job, totally worth it!! No side effects, no taste and no toxic chemicals e.g. synthetic man made hormones.

Real Gamechanger !
Real Gamechanger for me ! Was having real problems with night sweats and hot flushes all day at work. They were coming on thick and fast. Waking up in a pool of sweat at night. Bought these and it took about 3 days to notice a real difference. The frequency of the flushes slowed down , as did the intensity. They began to stop at night. Now 3 weeks later I have no night sweats and just the odd low level one in the day ! Would recommend ! (Please note : as I don't take HRt , I can't say what it's like to take them alongside hormone therapy )

Helped my flushed skin
I’ll be honest, at 47 i’m perimenopausal and have so far dodged any massive symptoms yet but for the last few months my skin on my face has been flushed and red. I’m waiting to see my GP but as nothing else has changed I assumed it’s hormonal. I have these a go and ridiculous as it seems about 4 hours later my cheeks were still red but looked calmer. I’ve taken them daily for a week and I’ve seen improvements every day. Could be coincidence but I’m sticking with them!

Not for me
In the menopause, not on HRT, bought these to see if help with the sleep/anxiety/stress symptoms but not noticed a difference. I dont experience significant night sweats to comment on that aspect.
