After struggling with digestive issues for a really long time, I decided to give NOW Intestinal Bacteria Support, Clinically Validated Probiotic a try. If you're in need of a probiotic that truly works, promotes gut health, enhances regularity, and improves overall well-being, then I would highly recommend giving this brand a try!Firstly, I was impressed by this product's clinically validated probiotic strains and and some of its positive reviews. That really caught my attention. I love that NOW has been around for years and is trusted by many. That really helped me decide to give it a try. Another major plus is that it does not contain artificial fillers, GMOs, or any unnecessary additives.After about two weeks of taking the supplement daily, I started to notice a slight improvement withmy gut feeling more balanced and there wasn't as much bloating. Bloating has always been my biggest issue. I know that I won't get back to 100% overnight, but I do feel that if I continue to take these probiotics daily, that I will continue to feel positive results. I am definitely going to continue using them since I haven't had any negative side effects so far!

I took the whole bottle and will have to pick these up again. noticed an improvement in my BM...with any supplement, it has to be constantly taken, don't take them for a week and think it's not effective.NOW is one of a few brands that I get my supplements from and will continue to do so

There are plenty of studies that demonstrate probiotics is good for your gut health with beneficial bacteria. I find this particular probiotics provides good functional effects and helps with digestion. I like that the product is GMP certified to give you a peace of mind. The size is relatively similar to other commercially available products. One thing that differs is the refrigeration, it is recommended that you refrigerate them once opened. I find that it’s reasonably priced at $60 for $15.

These NOW food probiotics worked really well and helped me with some digestive issues I had been facing. The doctor had recommended that I add probiotics to my daily regimen and these NOW probiotics were easy to take and did not have a weird taste. Overall, a great product!

I love this brand of supplements. It's my go to when I'm trying to when purchasing supplements. However, I'm really disappointed in the way these were shipped. The bottle and online says to keep refrigerated, but they weren't shipped that way. If they aren't transported in a cooling bag, then it's kind of pointless to keep refrigerated. Sure it might help keep w/e is alive, more alive, but overall the damage is already done in shipping.I'm not sure if these work. If I notice a huge change I'll update. These are just an additional probiotic I decided to add because I'd like to find something that works so I don't need benefiber. I usually put these in a pill box so I can remember to take them, which now might be an issue as well. It also says to take on an EMPTY stomach. I always thought it was better to take it with food, so I'll have to make sure I keep track of that.It is a small, easy to swallow capsule. The price is $20.95 for 60 pills/days.

I'm not sure how to determine if these supplements work. Theoretically the only way to know if these capsules help with the intestinal biome is to culture the gut: take a specimen from the intestines and culture it to see what grows there. If the gut shows more of the "good" bacteria after using the supplement, then you can infer that taking the supplement helps with the growth of the "good" bacteria. Since I can't really culture my gut, My review of this product has to be limited to the fact that the capsules were received in good condition, and they were not delivered in a manner that indicates that the bottle shows signs of tampering. I can say that I received the product in good condition.The product description also indicates that this supplement helps with "regularity". I'm not sure if these supplements do this but I will continue to test for the next several weeks and report back on if my bowel movements become more predictable. Theoretically, I could eat foods that don't promote "regularity" like potato chips, lots of starches, and things with lots of sugar, but by taking this supplement, feel like I'm having no trouble with going number 2. I will try this for a couple of weeks and report back. :-)

I will take anything to reinforce my digestive system. Probiotics are very important element of that. The other thing is that the now brand is very reputable and well known at this point, so no concerns there. These are easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any kind of issues whatsoever nor do I notice anything in terms of negative side effects

I've never been disappointed using the Now brand of products. Now brand has always exceeded my expectations. The same applies here with these Intestinal Bacteria Support for digestive health capsules. These capsules are normal in size and have a whitish color to them. There is no smell to them and I do not receive any ill effects after taking them. They are easy to swallow. There is absolutely no after-taste involved with these. These are suppose to aid digestive health. I have not been taking these long so I have not seen any extraordinary effect by them yet. The bottle has 60 capsules and one bottle will last you two months taking one a day. The price is pretty good for a two month supply. I will keep you posted for the results as I continue to take this digestive health supplement. 4 stars for now!
