Suction cups aren't great & the pillow slides down but you could put different ones on if you want. I like that the cover is removable. The inside is just foam beads inside a plastic bag. I might add more stuffing because it's not firm enough. Again, no issue. I just wanted a pillow with suction cups and I don't like the classic 90s shell-shaped blow up ones because they make my neck sweat and they get moldy like crazy. I am worried about mold growth around the plastic areas, so I will update if that happens. I can just wash it though so it's not a design flaw. Mold happens. But for less than 5 bucks, this is a good buy. I don't mind adding modifications to something so inexpensive.
