Great for sweetening smoothies and beverages with just a bit.
Love this monkfruit product and it's erythitol free. We keep it on subscription to avoid running out. No aftertaste and not overwhelming.

The taste is much better than other brands of monk fruit in the raw.
So the first time I had monk fruit I was at a friend’s house and used it in my strong brewed coffee. It was the brown granular type. It wasn’t that great of taste but my friend said it takes some time to get use to. I was using Splenda each morning in my coffee and really loved it. I decided to order the brown glandular version and give it a try. Sure enough it took me about 3 tries to get adjusted. Once I finished the bag of brown monk fruit I decided to try the white granular type. The taste was a little bit better. My husband however could not stand it and continued using the Splenda. The third time I was going to order Monk fruit I decided to buy the Monk fruit in the Raw. Wow, what a difference in taste. It was much sweeter with no bitterness at all and I used a very tiny amount, like almost a good pinch in my coffee. But here’s the really good thing you need to know. This particular brand of Monk Fruit tasted even better than the other brand of Monk fruit in the raw, that I last ordered. Perhaps that is due to the region it came from? Not sure, but I am very happy with it and my husband likes it too. It’s expensive and I don’t like that, but it goes a long way because you are only using a tiny amount. And it’s a healthy alternative to using regular sugar or sugar substitutes with unnatural ingredients. Only one thing off with my order with this brand was I didn’t receive the tiny spoon that it shows in the picture. So be very careful of the amount to use in your hot beverage. Oh and it dissolves just fine in liquid. Good luck and hope you like it. Monk fruit takes a few times to adjust with your taste. Give this brand a try. Update; I just found the tiny spoon in the bottom half of the monk fruit jar. My suggestion is to use a spoon to find your when you receive it.

No Crust Cheesecake!
There is a slight “taste” to it but that gets buried in a no crust 0 carb 1/3 less fat cheesecake! Next time I will use slightly less than recommended 3 scoops per tbsp. my recipe calls for. I used 48 scoops for my cheesecake and hardly dented contents of my monk fruit powder jar. Scoop is very small. Also great for coleslaw, cereal, iced tea, etc.

I DON'T HATE THIS, SO MUCH!
This is the one. At long last. I really actually like this. The elusive monkfruit. According to experts, best choice of the non-sugar sweeteners - yet up until now, just revolting. This one actually tastes good in my iced tea. I'm excited! Been using sweet n low. (Yes, I know, but Stevia didn't taste good in tea. It's fine in coffee.) Anyhow, follow directions, use the itty bitty spoon. I put 1.5 scoops in my iced tea and it was perfect. Not exactly like sugar, maybe even a little like a sugar/saccharin combo? But not hella sweet like the other sweeteners can be. Not going to say no aftertaste, but not noticeable if you're not looking for it. I highly recommend this brand! Note: Do not, under any circumstances, taste it first with your finger! You'll hate it. And probably die. Put a tad bit in your drink, stir well. If you need more, take it slow, Jack. Baby steps. Build up. You can't build down haha. It's not cheap, but it will last a good long time. That's cool with me. Anyway, it's worth it.

Undisclosed maltodextrin, less sweet
Not as sweet as I expected. There is also undisclosed maltodextrin in the product. Maltodextrin is NOT listed on the ingredient list but in an obscure paragraph on the side of the container it mentions that a “negligible” amount is used as a “carrier” and accuses other brands of using it and not disclosing it. Cannot return it. Very disappointed. Will NOT purchase again. Waste of good money.

Good
This works decent for baking just use a little bit less than the sugar recipe is asking for or it will be too sweet or taste a tad artificial. Seems to blend nicely and the scoop is nice. I don't use all the time or only here and there so it will last a long time hopefully I can use it all before it expires, or that it lasts a little bit longer.

Taste not as sugar but provides sweetness to your drinks
I was trying to move to a healthier option to monkfruit + Erythritol which tastes close to sugar it causes bloating. I take this with my tea and the taste is quite different from sugar. Just need 2 spoons based on the provided spoon. So it goes a long way for the small bottle. But very expensive still compared to similar sweeteners.
