Well worth it!
Very hard to find in shops, so relieved I could buy in bulk. Already cooked so handyman’s quick to add them to recipes.

Love these
These are great -- tasty, nutritious and quick. I usually mix them in with some rice or couscous, olive oil and some veggies for a quick meal. Beats a ready meal on nutrition and flavour I think (and they last quite a while in the cupboard).
