Very comfy but not too tight inside shoes
Out of a number of gel pads that I have bought, these are by far one of the most comfortable cushion pads. I work out a lot and with the constant pounding on the balls of my feet, these were a savior. They aren't too hot to wear and because of the way they are constructed, they do not feel bulky and tight inside the shoes. These are not so thick on the sides of your foot, and they do not feel bulky on the balls of your feet, yet provide enough cushioning. I would have given it 5 stars, but after a month of constant use they started to stretch and slip, and eventually they slipped so much they just tore. I would say a pair lasts about a couple of months. Fortunately they give you two pairs. I suppose with the material that they use, it will stretch out over a short time. Just expect to replace them when they wear out.
