The product arrived the next day (which is great) and the packaging is very nice. I've never had these before, but I'm learning about the benefits of Lions Mane, so I thought I'd give them a try. The gummy is nice and soft and doesn't stick to your teeth, which is good.The taste takes getting used to at first, but after about a week you adjust to them.

Have been taking this for the past couple of months and can say it has made such a difference with my brain fog issue and alertness!! I did notice though myself becoming quite sleeping around about 5pm-ish but had to train myself to push my body through it and somehow not experiencing that sleepiness anymore!! I feel like the supplement has helped also with sleep quality, just now need to train myself to put in boundaries around time I go to sleep and the use of my phone whilst trying to get to sleep.
