Multifunctional easy to use, portable and very stable telescopic ladder
The media could not be loaded. How often do you go up a ladder empty handed? You want a stronger ladder. This one you can have two people on. It extends and extends some more. The only thing I don't like about this ladder is that when extended, the rungs are slim. Other than that, this thing is great and I'm happy that I got it.Adjusting the ladder 🪜 which is 16.5 ft is super easy! In fact I had it in a bunch of them, to see how well it did. It's not a wall hugger. It isn't bad when extended a bit. I finished putting some wood board on a small roof extension on a deck I built and also finish a roof on the detached garage this amazing ladder went all the way up I felt secure on it all of the time. It didn't wobble and gripped to the dirt not even cement but it did very well.Oh is very portable as big as it is and heavy moving this ladder is a piece of cake, it has wheels so you can move freely anywhere, so many good things about it, so well constructed and multifunctional.I did purchase this one for the different adjustments it could make. I wanted the most out of it, that I could get. Even a quick plank scaffold (plank extra). Good for dicing tree branches. Also, adjusting it for the stairs, is a cinch. My brother in law has one of those TV store foldable ladders and he struggles to get it in the stair position. I just pulled this and that and was ready in seconds, best ladder I ever bought and I had buy so many but this won my heart.

No assembly instructions.
Arrived on time in good condition. Assembled and used it. Feels sturdy and steady. Will keep it, I needed something taller that I can put in my trunk. Now, the reasons for only four, possibly three, stars. No assembly instructions, none, not even a simple good picture to show where things go and in what directions. Once you determine that it assembles easily. The hooks are nice but they don't tell you that you must remove the black caps at the top of the poles. As noted in other reviews, the rungs are spaced further apart than most ladders. I am tall so it's actually easy, however for someone with shorter legs it would be more of a challenge. Please do follow the instructions about closing the ladder, and do use gloves when sliding on the orange and black feet. The aluminum base bar is sharp until you get the black feet on.Also, completely remove the screw in the wheel assemblies but be cautious of the small recessed nut on the back side. Put a piece of tape across it and then it will be easy to reassemble.Don't count on my picture being correct, but it works.Good luck.

Seems very strong
I bought this ladder so I can clean my gutters myself. I can't use it yet because there is a big nest of carpenter bees buzzing around my home. Exterminator coming tomorrow. However, the ladder seems very strong. My only minor comment is the ladder is a bit on the heavy side.

Too much flex when extended!!
I weigh 175 pounds. I am not even close to being afraid of heights. As an A-frame, I don't really have a problem with this ladder. It is not very difficult to use. People who say watch out for your fingers, that's just common sense. When this ladder is fully extended, which I would use much of the time, because I have shorter ladders for other times, It has so much flex that I am scared it will break. Yesterday while using it I needed it fully extended to get on the roof of a building. I went up and down several times, and finally had to use my clients extension ladder. When mounting equipment, you need both hands to run a screw gun and hold the equipment. The ladder had to be too vertical to take the flex out of it to make it able to be on the ladder without holding on with one hand. Unfortunately I just plain didn't feel safe on this ladder. Too bad, because I like the features and weight. I really did try to commit to using it, but my customer said he would not climb on this ladder again. I think most of the flex comes from the folding hinge, but not sure how to fix that.

A little shaky
The first day I used it, the clasp for the holding strap broke. When fully extended, it's a bit shaky. I've had some issues with one or 2 individual sections being stubborn - release buttons hard to move or section not dropping. It's OK for occasional use, but I would go for something more solid if I was using it a lot.

There is no provision to attach the hooks to top of the ladder rails.
I’d give it four stars if there was a method of attaching the hooks to the upper part of the side rails. The manual does not address this and there doesn’t seem to be any way to attach them. I think that the top was either manufactured incorrectly, or the ladder supplied was an earlier revision. Oddly, the package did include the hooks, but again, there is nothing that suggests how to attach them.
