Good Stuff With Fiber
These aren’t bad tasting like some nutrition shakes. When I have one, I look forward to drinking it. The bottles feel like medicine bottles but are easy to open and the opening is great for drinking. Do I feel better drinking them? I don’t know. But I do think it’s like drinking a good part of my nutrition I like that better than pills. It’s good. It’s good for me I think so that’s a winner.

I buy the high protein so it’s costly!
