eu utilizava 3M anteriormente para dormir, porém ele sempre saia do ouvido ao longo da noite e me causava constantes dores e as vezes infecções no ouvido. Este modelo é um pouco mais fino o que proporciona mais conforto, ele não tem a mesma densidade do 3M o que faz com que ele reduza um pouco menos o nível de ruído, mas nada que prejudique o uso. Enfim, comparativo direto entre 3M e Mack`s eu fico com Mack`s pelo conforto, o preço está dentro do esperado ele é um pouco mais caro porém dura mais então acaba compensando.
