Just what I needed!
Love these for my marathon training. A tad sticky if you don’t open it just right, but easy on the stomach and tastes great!

Not sticky. Easy to digest. No bad belly. The cola flavor has a bit of a bite, but otherwise not bad.

The best gela I have ever try
This is the top of the gels! I have tried many others brands and this is way better, the size fits my pockets, the flavor is nice no strong no soft, and energy the best!!!! It fuel me during my latest marathon and I'm using them since then every single run or race.

Absolutely love this gel however, when I opened the package, the box was busted open with all of the gel packs loose and one of them had been busted open, causing the gel to be spread all over the other packets was a mess to try to clean up. Photo attached is after I re-taped the box for storage on the shelf.
