SONGMICS Bamboo Laundry Hamper with Lid, 100L, with Handles

Surprisingly, this hamper is lightweight and holds quite a lot of laundry. It is effortlessly portable for those who need to move it around. The light wood used in its construction adds a touch of sophistication, seamlessly blending with the room's decor without appearing bulky or industrial. The hamper's solid construction instills confidence in its durability, ensuring it can handle the regular use associated with holding a significant amount of laundry. In my opinion, it would be termed heavy duty in load size; which provides ample space for a substantial amount of clothing. This makes it a practical solution for households with high laundry demands (or a teen that has way too many clothes and doesn't do laundry near often enough.) Assembly was a straightforward process, thanks to clear instructions and all the necessary components being included. Within minutes, the hamper was ready for use, showcasing both practicality and aesthetic appeal. It really is a breeze to snap together. On the downside, there is a slight issue with lid stability. Occasionally, the lid doesn't stay securely in place, which can be a minor inconvenience when quickly tossing clothes into the hamper. However, this doesn't significantly impact the overall functionality of the hamper. In summary, this clothes hamper strikes a commendable balance between style, practicality, and price. Its lightweight design, attractive light wood, sturdy construction, and generous capacity make it a reliable choice for organizing laundry. While the occasional lid instability is a minor drawback, it doesn't detract from the hamper's overall effectiveness. I would recommend it to those seeking a functional and visually appealing laundry solution.

This hamper is great! It's large, holds a lot of clothes, and looks nice. It's stable, my cat likes to take naps on top of it and the lid stays firm in place not collapsing in. It was easy to put together. It's easy to move around if needed. I would buy again!

This is a review of the Songmics (bamboo) Laundry Hamper with lid: When I first opened the package yesterday, I said "What the heck is this", included were 2 flat rectangular pieces of bamboo "siding", a rectangular metal "hoop", and what appeared to be a collapsed bulldozer or tank tread made of individual sticks of bamboo backed by mesh to make it into one piece. Unfortunately the instructions had slid down to the floor so I unfolded the "tank tread" into a basket while shaking my head. I was about to repackage the hamper and return it to Amazon when I found the instructions. Having nothing to lose, I decided to assemble the hamper. Well, it's a lot like a unibody car where every part reinforces the other. Anyway the "hoop" stiffens the top while one of the rectangular "siding" pieces stiffens the bottom, and the other acts as a cap and lid. The whole thing when assembled is quite nice. I mean you won't be able to sit on it, but in addition to the dirty clothes inside, it will hold clean clothes on top to change, or your cat.

Reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical buying this, but with all my black and white room decor, this black laundry bin with white handles was the best look. I put it together in maybe 5 minutes after opening it. Easy assembly just be gentle with putting it together. People in the comments say it's flimsy or whatever...I don't really think it is. It's a very "light weight" item without the clothing inside. I'd say, you just can't put a bunch of stuff top of it, don't be rough with it, and don't forcibly push clothing down into it, if it's full. Just be gentle with it. That's my plan. I like it and I'm glad I took the chance and made my own decision.

This is a nice hamper. The bamboo is sturdy and a good size to hold the dirty laundry. I suspect the bamboo does not have the flex to endure being moved or carried often but I will be keeping it in place so that is not a problem for me. I like how it looks. I would buy it again.

I waited a few weeks to review this, so I could try it out. I really like it, but it isn't sturdy enough for a family with children.

Nice size hamper. Looks nice too. Assembly was pretty easy. Only three stars because the handles are not on the sides like they're supposed to be they're in the front and the back and they're not even evenly placed ones more to the left and one is more to the right. The ribbon on the bottom that holds in the frame was not connected properly but it was easy to fix. Has a bit of a funky smell. Despite these quality issues it seems like a sturdy hamper.

Easy to assemble, stylish and sturdy, with good capacity.

I absolutely love this wooden-look laundry bin! It has a modern, stylish design that blends beautifully with my bedroom and bathroom décor. It's lightweight yet sturdy, holds plenty of laundry, and keeps everything looking neat and tidy. The quality is excellent, and the wooden finish gives it a much more premium look than a standard laundry basket. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Not sturdy and i returned it because it had a little damage.

Looks good and very sturdy. Good size. Inner fabric bag is a little thing, I can see it tearing soon.

Simple to assemble, good design... better than my dollarama bag !

Belle couleur, un sac blanc en bon tissu pour mettre les vêtements à l’intérieur .
