TheraGun Therabody Relief Handheld Percussion Massage Gun - Easy-to-Use, Comfortable & Light Personal Massager for Every Day Pain Relief Massage Therapy in Neck, Back, Leg, Shoulder and Body (Navy)

La voy a probar pero promete ser buena.

The product is good. Easy to hold.

I'm in my late 30s and work in a very physically demanding field. For years I've wrecked my body with my only recourse being professional massage, chiropractic care, and resistance exercises. Often times those don't work, become too expensive, or aren't feasible to fit into my busy daily schedule. One day while visiting I noticed a theragun sitting out and gave it a shot. My word. The level of pain and relief I felt from that tiny contraption.. well needless to say I ordered one before I left. Here's what I love about it. It's battery operated and just sitting on a shelf it maintains a decent amount of battery over longer periods of time. From a full charge expect multiple massage sessions without needing to charge up especially if you use a lower power setting. This device has 3 different heads for different muscle massages / muscle groups. Replacing them is simple and quick. There are 3 power settings which aren't actually for depth but for speed think of it like a kitchen blender. You manually dictate the depth of the impactby pressing manually into the area and adjusted speeds. This honestly feels very intuitive because you can feel pain or if you're loosening a knot. I find this works exceptionally well following a hot bath or heat pack session when my muscles are very loose and limber. A couple things I don't like, and it's not many, the heads that come are a rubberized foam material. They are resistant to scratches but not scratch, cut, or chew proof. We found one of our family pets was able to puncture a head fairly easily. The button placement could be moved down just a bit. Often I'll find myself holding the device in such a way to hit a spot on my back or neck and accidentally shut off the device. This is honestly more inconvenient because of the situation that a problem but just something to make note of. Overall though I absolutely love this. This has been such a game changer in home massage and pain relief. This is something that whenever a coworker or friend mentions a pain or tight muscle I have to mention as a viable option.

Not good and effective as i thought

The Theragun Relief is a great entry-level massage gun that delivers effective muscle relief with a comfortable, ergonomic grip. Its lightweight design makes it easy to use on different muscle groups without causing hand fatigue. For the price, it offers reliable performance and is an excellent choice for post-workout recovery and everyday soreness.
