I recently bought the Hotel scent because I love their 414 santal. I was initially excited about the Hotel scent, but I’m very disappointed. Unlike the 414, this one doesn’t smell as good. The name “Hotel” is too abstract, and everyone has a different idea of what a hotel should smell like. For me, this scent is too sweet and artificial. It smells more like a heavy, cloying restroom freshener, definitely not like a five-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It's really good and it lasts long. Don't listen to people that say the smell don't last long. It does.

I used this in the vicinity of an artificial Christmas tree to evoke the scent of a real one. Too many pumps of this is cloying. One or two pumps is sufficient. For my purposes it was authentic enough. I don't think I would buy this as a room spray for any other reason. Even at 1 or 2 pumps it would be too much.

I was expecting the wonderful smell if balsam fir...not what I got. I sprayed it in my living room and it smelled like cat urine and pine needles.

I love it! Only need to spray once to get that wonderful aroma throughout the house.

This product is misleading.Not smelling anything close to fresh tree.On top of it attracts flies and insects.I simply regret buying and spending this kind of money.
