Good stick except for the small knob handle which as I need it all the time because of a fractured knee I find it makes my palm sore..

Well made, easily adjusted, good range of accessories and I particularly like the shock absorber feature.

Hoping these help stop me falling over. They seem good. Not used them yet so hence a 4.

I like the simple adjustments I could make to the height and the variety of options for the ferrule/foot! Comfy hand piece, really helped on rocky slippy paths. Very pleased with item.

I bought the poles as I have lung problems and get out of breath easily! I used them in to go walking in the Lake District recently and they were a great help!

I'm currently pregnant and used these for a number of hikes in Wales and thought they were great, especially on steep, uneven terrain. They can be shortened to make it easier to pack and transport, just be careful not to extend beyond the "stop" mark. Not sure why these are marked for women, my husband used them too and thought they were really good!
