Well, it smells good and it tastes good. But I have to get a scoop out with a fork because it came completely melted so it's a blob at the bottom of the bottle.

This to me is a first. I normally LOVE gummy supplements but i just got there the other day and rhe seal was INFLATED like a bad battery. I opened it none the less and they smelled RANCID..like the most vile smell ever. Its clear that there was bacteria growing inside of this but its pretty worrying to me how it got in a sealed bottle. It makes me wonder about the sanitary conditions of the manfucturers. I do NOT recomend these at all. In fact i would urge everyone to stay far far away from them if only for saftey reasons!

I haven't tried gummies much. These have a good taste, although maybe a bit sweet for me. That's purely a personal preference, most would probably find them fine. They do seem to benefit my skin and nails somewhat. I can't really comment on hair, as mine mostly departed long ago. They have a mild peach flavor and the ingredients include “natural peach flavor.”I like that there is additional Vitamin C and E included, although I’m not excited about the added glucose syrup and sugar, as that’s unnecessary sugar in my diet.I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my ankle strength yet, but hoping these are helping.
