So far, have only done trial runs at home, but seems to maintain low temperature for several hours. Thermometer seems completely accurate when tested against a medical quality item. Will easily hold two Teriparatide devices (Teva, Forsteo) plus separate needles and clinical wipes. Nice looking, and a strong protective case. Only slight quibble is that the zip is really tight to go round the corners of the case - have had to use quite a lot of plastic lubricant, but will probably ease off with use. Otherwise, an excellent piece of kit at a good price.

Fabulous for transporting my GLP1 medication and keeping it chilled. I use this case on every flight. Have not had any issues with security at any airport.

Has to get this to carry my insulin abroad. Kept it really cool for a good few hours. Brilliant replacement

The ice packs quickly cool the pouch to as low as -2°C but, in recent 28°C temperatures, it rapidly reached room temperature again within an hour necessitating frequent exchange of ice packs. Fortunately I'd bought extra! It is a sturdy case with room for 2 pens and spare needles, great for travelling, but in warm weather, the insulation is a bit lacking.

Bought to store syringes whilst travelling which need to be kept at a certain temperature. Its really handy the case has a built in thermometer on the front which so far seems to be rather accurate. Case is hard which gives me peace of mind that the medication won't get damaged travelling and it is of a decent size - roughly the size of a pencil case. It has 2 removable ice packs and also comes with spare batteries for them thermometer. Inside there are a few elasticated areas for storing medication. So far I'm very impressed but have not taken it travelling just yet.

This was good for transporting my medication but unfortunately did not keep the medicines as cool as expected. We travelled from Scotland which is not a hot country and kept this inside another cool bag and did not open and noticed the medicines were not being kept cool enough after a few hours for what we needed for an 8 hour flight. It was advertised as keeping cool for much longer than a few hours. I didn’t check the accuracy of the thermometer and it was correct. For the price, I would have expected better insulation and keeping medicine cool. It did fit two pens well inside.

Great value for money. Zips not stiff. Can store several pens and the zips can fit a small combination padlock through to stop children being able to open and access medication kept in the fridge. Fits easily in fridge door. Haven't used to transport, just at home storage.

Do NOT waste your money! I purchased this for an upcoming overseas trip to keep my medication cool. Despite it being in my suitcase in the hold and being used exactly as instructed, the temperature read 22.2 degrees on arrival at our destination. As a result, I had to dispose of £300 worth of medication. Now, on trying to get a refund, I see that the "window for return" is closed. Totally unacceptable!

Buena bolsa para viajes, cabe de todo

Una bolsa de viaje para mantener medicamentos frescos. Ocupa poco espacio así que se puede llevar en un bolso de mano. Después de la "confusión" en la descripción del producto en que aparecían las dos bolsas para congelar, en una imagen además, al final de la descripción se decía que no venian las bolsas de congelación, que se tenian que comprar a parte. Lo he recibido con las dos bolsitas por lo que, francamente, no voy a protestar...
