Ease of use they are so light
Bought for my mother who is partial sighted and has arthritis in both hands and wrists. Very light and easy to put wheels on. She is delighted with the purchase

Lightweight and runs smoothly
I like the fact that it is very light and easy to manoeuvre. My balance is not wonderful and I find that it gives me confidence. I also find walking less tiring when I have this support'

Wheels. Manual said remove protective foils. Wasted time looking for non-existent foils. Finally ignored that and attached front wheels.Backrest will not fit. Manual says"Push carefully the BRAKE CABLE through the backrest attachment so that it can be attached to the handlebars from below."I ordered this rollator because I wanted protected brake cables. Not so that I could mess around with them myself.The backrest attachment is far too narrow to fit over the handles. Do Helavo expect me to take the handles apart?I've given up. Faced with trying to repack the rotten thing in its not strong packaging and hiring a taxi to take it to the post office to return it. A very expensive mistake.DON'T BUY Helavo Ultralight Carbon Walker. (And it weighs over 6kg)
