Love
I wanted this chair because I love to be comfortable while at my computer/craft table. It's extremely comfortable, was super easy to put together. I love that is tilts back but not to much. Seems to be great quality.

TOO NARROW
This is rated for someone up to 500 lbs yet is no more wide then a standard executive chair. The arms make the width even less bearable because then your legs are pitched in ward by 2 metal arms. Do not recommend if you have thick legs.

Pretty happy with it
So first off, i was hesitant to purchase bc all of the 5 star reviews are for a different product. Took a chance, and I'm happy to say the product is what's pictured.Box itself arrived pretty beat up, but all the pieces were wrapped well with no damage. Setup took about 45mins by myself. Hardest part was attaching the seat to the back.I'm 6'2", 290lbs with chronic pain issues + needed a super cushioned chair for the hours I spend sewing. The height is good (tallest setting is 23-24" to the top of the cushion), and the seat is pretty comfortable - well cushioned, wide enough so my hips aren't against the armrests. Easy roll.The only negative + the reason for 4 stars - since the back is not adjustable, there's no lower back support unless I'm leaning back. When I have to sit up straight, I've been using a rolled up blanket at the base to hug my spine.

Back is angled and can't be adjusted
Poor lumbar support, because I can't reach the back even if I sit all the way back. The back is at an angle and it feels like I'm going to fall back. Otherwise very comfortable and well built. I'm 5 feet 4 inches tall.

Everything was generally high quality, but
It must be said the gas lift that holds you up at a certain height isn’t great. I bought this chair about a month ago and, when I sit down, within an hour, the chair is at its lowest resting position. I reset it everyday to its highest height. I understand that depends on your weight, but clearly this chair was designed with that in mind. This chair is advertised to support 500 pounds. It does in the realm of nothing breaking, but the lift doesn’t support me at 400 pounds in the realm of sitting at your comfortable height.

Big guy walking
This chair is amazing for big and tall people like me. It comfortably supports up to 500 lbs with its thick, plush seat cushion. The large base ensures stability, and I feel secure and supported all day long.
