Great Stories from Golf's Major Championships thru the Years.
A fantastic and insightful book that looks into the backstories from golf's four major tournaments through the years. Gary Player is one of golf's all-time greats and has been around golf since the 1950's. It is amazing to hear his recollection of great stories from these tournaments that he relates in detail to co-author Randy O. Williams. And many stories tell how luck - be it good or bad - often played a part in who won these championships. Anybody who enjoys golf, be it playing or just following on TV, will enjoy this book. There are plenty of classic quotes from golf's greatest throughout the book as well. I highly recommend it!

As a non-golfer who enjoys watching professional golfers ply their trade I enjoyed this book vey much. The writing is very captive of the events the book is covering. I recommend this book to anybody who likes golf or sports in general. Do not hesitate to check this one out.
