Beyond pleased. I have had a Bald Eagle Smart since Christmas of 2016 and have used at least once a week since to shave my head. I have replaced the shaving heads 3 times since then. Each one was identical to what came with the unit. I got into the habit of popping off each head and rinsing the hair out even after running the unit in water to release the shaved hair just because of how thick my hair is. I have broken the tabs off only once but found it cumbersome to always have to fight to align the snaps that hold the shaver heads on. More often I have “broke” whatever holds the shaving heads “square” to the battery/handle making them spin around and be virtually useless. THESE ARE FREAKING AWESOME! They just pop open on a pivot point and you wash off and pop back together in about 30 seconds to clean everything. I can’t stress enough how much smoother and quicker the shave was also. Will 100% buy this brand going forward!

Brand new 1st time used and they aren't as sharp as my 6 month old blade. Horrible product, spend the extra 6 bucks on good ones.

This shaver does a fantastic job easy clean up and no razor burn and able to use wet so niceHighly recommended love this shaver

I love my 5 head cordless shaver and got this extra head but of course my wife liked it too so now she uses the new head and I used the original head.
