Arrived as two sets in resealable plastic pouches/bags. Both pouches still had the plastic strip on them that needs to be ripped off first before opening. Liquid can leak up into/through the plastic strips that reseal the bag, getting it opened after is difficult. Directions for use and ingredients are listed on both, text is easy to read. Like the design of the pouch itself with the color contrasting of pink, bright yellow and blue/white shadowed text because it grabs your attention. Packets are able to stand up freely to keep the pads in the liquid. Liquid in the bags has a soapy, yellow appearance with a heavy scent. Each bag contains forty pads (pre-soaked). Pads are similar to toner/tonic pad but, these contain a much heavier formula with surfactants. One side is embossed while the other is smooth. Formula on the pads is like a thick gel that’s almost slimy. Material with the pads is not thick enough, they are too thin and flimsy. When you start cleansing your face and doing the motions, thinness causes the pads to start rolling up or folding inwards. There’s enough liquid on the pads to do a “dry cleanse”. I prefer swiping the pads on dry skin first and then following up with water on my hands to actually cleanse (can go back with the pad again if needed). Pads are soft without any dragging. Leaves the skin feeling a bit tight and dry though so I made sure to apply a hydrating toner/essence/emulsion etc after. Performs well as far as cleansing goes. Formula is simple as far as the ingredients. Not sure if there’s a typo on the chamomile hydrolat (hydrosol?). Like the humectants, leaves the skin soft. Don’t like the resealable pouches and would’ve preferred any type of plastic container over these bags, they are messy and the liquid can get all over your hands when you try to get one pad out. Have to push all the pads up to be able to grab one.

Received on the June 6th started using on June 7th on face and neck to lighten and old acne spot. On June 8th after morning use, face felt irritated so didn't use that night at all. On 9th neck started burning so didn't use at all, now I have a itchy burn rash on both sides of neck. Neck went from red rash to a now darkening rash.

I was really skeptical and from one day I notice a big difference . I can’t wait to keep using them

These are advertised as thicker exfoliating pads, they were not. They smell great and we used them bc we couldn’t return them but they absolutely did not have exfoliating properties. The packaging of this product also is very messy. It’s just a bag with all this liquid and the pads in them. Won’t purchase again

This works well. It tightens my skin and makes it feel so soft.

I start by wetting my face and using these to clean it. The pads are infused so they're wet when you take them out. It is more convenient than using a turmeric bar of soaps since they are always ready to go without needed to be lathered. They have a nice citrus scent to it. The pouch it comes in is resealable so I guess that means this is portable. My skin feels nice and clean after using it not at all dry and stripped.

It is really soapy covers a large area and as a fan of turmeric- love it
