Gentle Micropore Tape - Pain-Free Removal & Gentle Adhesion for Skin (120pcs)

I have been wearing this type for about a month. It keeps my mouth shut all night while I sleep. Peels off easy in the morning. The adhesive is just enough to keep my mouth from falling open but not enough to be uncomfortable.

The tape stays on really well and it can be reused if you choose. It didn’t stop my snoring or blowing but I think it wasn’t quite as loud, but a deeper snore would wake me up. I did learn that I can breathe entirely through my nose which I didn’t think was possible!! I don’t think I will buy more after I use all of these!

This is the third of the same product under different names that I've reviewed after trying. They all seem to work identically. We used them on recommendation from my daughter's dentist to help train her to breathe through her nose. The stay on for the hours she needs them and come off fairly well afterwards. All the packages are different but the products seem nearly identical.

I've been mouth taping for years now and I just hop on amazon and get whatever brand pops up but these are terrible quality! literally no sticky
