Once I found some videos online (one in particular), this installation was very easy. In fact the ignition lock cylinder was installed in less than a minute, once you know the trick on my 2005 F-350. The door locks took at least half an hour each but very straight forward once you know a few tricks.

Needed new door locks and wanted the doors and ignition to be matched. Very happy with this product, it fits and functions as if OEM. Used a couple of YouTube videos to get a good understanding of the process and ignition took less than 5 minutes.Doors are a bit more involved and took about 30 min each, but part of that time included replacing the electric door lock actuators as well since I was in there and they were also not working.Bottom line, a good solid product, fits well, works well, you will be happy you chose this one.

Replacing the locks were much easier than I expected.Getting keys reprogrammed to the truck's computer could be a locksmith hassle. You'll need to find a locksmith who can transfer old key codes to the new keys.

So at first I thought I ordered the kit that had the tailgate cylinder too but I was wrong, so pay attention to that, this doesn't come with it. That's on me!But the plastic claws that are on the back of the cylinders weren't the correct ones for my truck so I had to reuse my old ones, easy swap no issue.The ignition cylinder is working perfectly but sticks out further then the original. I don't like the look, but it works flawlessly.Other then that, good kit for the price

I just installed this set in my 2002 F250. The ignition took me about 5 minutes and 15 seconds. 5 minutes to jiggle my key enough to get it to finally turn and 15 seconds once it actually did to take out and install the new keyed switch. Very simple install and YT has plenty of examples to watch for both the ignition and doors. Doors are a bit more involved due to taking the door panels off but I would give them a 2 on a scale of 1-5 rating on how difficult they are for the average do it yourself individual with some experience doing interior vehicle work. Just be extra cautious not to scratch your door paint on removal. Both doors from start to finish took approximately 40 minutes to complete.They were here fast, easy to install and so far work exactly as advertised.

What I liked the best was the locks and the ignition switch were all keyed alike. Everything is made to a gig quality as well.

Jokes aside this kit is decent for the price. My truck got broken into and the thief was less than 5 minutes from stealing my truck. But my wife spooked the prowler when she got out on her way to work. Glad she is fine. The thief uses a flathead and destroyed the whole ignition cylinder. I had to continue the thief's work to get it on on position so I can remove the damaged cylinder and replace with the new one. Awesome! Will buy again. (hopefully not)

Installed these on my F550 crew cab truck. Very easy to install. No extra work was needed to make it fit properly. Seems like great quality for the money.
