Would Prefer a Little ThickerThe Caudalíe Vinoperfect (Brightening Dark Spot serum) and Vinosun Protect (Daily Mineral SPF 50 sunscreen) is a combination set that works together to help reduce and prevent dark spots. The Vinoperfect is an opaque, white, very thin, watery serum that has a hint of maybe a citrus aroma. The fragrance is so mild that it’s barely noticeable. Because it’s so thin, it is a little challenging to get it to your face without it spilling off your fingers or face. It goes on smoothly without any tackiness or greasiness. I’ve used this for 10 days and still notice my dark spots, but it may have helped them become a little lighter. It probably will take much longer to see a significant change. The Vinoperfect is a full size bottle. The Vinosun Protect is a travel size bottle. The Vinosun sunscreen also is a very thin, watery liquid that is an opaque, light beige color and fragrance free. I shake it before I apply it. Once again, because it is so thin, I had to be careful not to spill it off my hand or face and waste it. The tint color absorbs in, but for me, I think I can still see a very slight cast of color. It’s nothing major and if you apply foundation makeup, you won’t notice it at all. The sunscreen feels a little sticky until it completely dries. My skin felt soft and smooth after using the combo, but I did have a slight sunscreen feel to my skin. It’s not like the heavy sunscreens though, so it is actually okay especially knowing that using it should hopefully prevent more dark spots.

I have been very impressed by the quality of these two products. The serum smells fantastic! It's fresh, clean, citrusy and has an invigorating quality that is perfect for the morning. I would buy this scent as a perfume and wear it non-stop if that was an option. The formula is light and milky and it instantly sinks into skin leaving no color or residue on the skin, just a toned and hydrated feeling.The sunscreen is lovely because it has such a thin and easy to apply quality to it. It is watery, and you need to shake it well before dispensing. It taps into skin easily and spreads with no tugging, if you work quickly. It does get a tad "tacky" feeling if you don't work fast. It has a touch of tan tint to it, but that disappears once in place. I think that makes it easy to see where it has been applied though, at least for me, a very fair and freckled person. The dry down on this is fast and it leaves behind a natural to demi-matte finish.I do like to use a silicone based primer on top of this if I am planning to wear any makeup to enhance the smoothness of the makeup's application. The matte-ish quality of the sunscreen impairs the application of liquids and creams. You could also apply this sunscreen as your last step, if you wanted to avoid that.I've been using this for a few weeks now and am perfectly satisfied by the results. As a 40+ year old woman with fair, freckled, dry/combination skin I have found this to be a great choice for me and I've already recommended it to several friends who are looking to find a better sunscreen choice. For me personally I love that this is thin and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I also love that it is not "white" and doesn't make me look like a ghost. I am already fair enough, I don't want anything that's going to make me look like I'm trying to go "Goth." While this has a faint sunscreen scent, its not overpowering and it goes away quickly.I would especially recommend this set for anyone who is looking to replace their retinol products with something more natural and healthy, or less damaging to their skin barrier. Especially if you are fair complected and just realizing that retinol isn't meant for your skin type. I have gotten much better results from Vitamin C based products, including firming and toning, without the redness, irritation, and added cancer risk. I would highly recommend this set!

I am throughly impressed with this set! I am not a big fan of daily sunscreens but I really liked this one!You do need to shake it really well because it separates a bit. It does have a slight bit of mineral sunscreen feeling but it's not really too heavy. I have combo skin and the oily areas of my skin are very oily. This sunscreen didn't really make my skin too greasy feeling.I REALLY like the sunscreen. It also made my skin feel super soft which was very surprising!The serum is also very nice. I like how it makes my skin feel and it also does not make me feel greasy.This set is great! I really like it. Definitely worth the price.

I have been enjoying this duo to both brighten my facial skin and also to protect against the sun without leaving a white cast.Serum: the main benefits are brightening, hydration, and dark spot lightening. I haven’t yet seen a reduction in dark spots but per instructions, it may take a full bottle application. I did however experience a subtle glow or brightness after a week or so.. enough to make me notice. It is applied via a dropper, is a thin creamy texture, and has a nice high end scent. I had to use two droppers full.Sunscreen: it an spf 50 mineral sunscreen. It has a subtle earthy scent, and a tint. That is a great feature to avoid white cast or streaks on face. It washes off well.I have always liked Caudalie skincare products and this set is no different. I wouldn’t say it’s the best value considering the relatively small bottles compared to the amount though, for me anyway. Other than that, I would definitely recommend these products.

Caudalie is a brand I've always wanted to try but never had the chance. I love the drop applicator for this product which makes it easy to apply and keep sterile. Rarely do you see sunscreen in this form factor. I don't have too many dark spots on my face, but it's nice to know that this product can help diminish the small ones I do have. This product is easy to apply and not too thick. I especially love that it is a mineral sunscreen which is better for my face and the ocean.
