I have small gaps between my siding that are caulked. but the caulk cracks. would this product work to fill the gaps?

Not the best choice for this type of repair as it will run. There are some caulk products that will work better and my find a color close to your siding color.

Is this electrically conductive? can it dissipate heat? i am planning to use it to seal a power transformer up to 300vac. thanks.

This resin is heat sensitive and will melt or burn .

The epoxy is not odor free, however, it is not bad.

Is this glue good for putting rear view mirror back

Yes, this excellent glue, at only $18 a set is optically clear and quite permanent. I use it every day for mounting gems in stainless steel rings. Tip: don't spare the glue--use as much as possible--embedding the glued parts is how epoxy works.
