I will say, though, that work very well for me in the way that creatine is supposed to.These gummies are a pleasant way to get my required dose and they do make a welcome change from gritty drinks; creatine is often not the best mixing powder out there. The taste is good and they're the right balance of chewy; they don't glue my teeth together. Not sure they taste of blueberries - I can't eat them as I'm allergic to blueberries, but they are sweet and they're pleasant tasting.£16 for two month's supply is not expensive when compared to other gummies I've tried but they're not at all cost effective when compared to the powders. I do prefer the gummies though because they cut down on my fluid intake; by the time I've consumed a pre-workout, intra-workout and post workout shake, I can spend an awful lot of time back and forth the bathroom before lunch. The gummies do cut down on the fluid intake and therefore increase my work productivity.I have no hesitation in recommending these gummies if they are a preferred method of creatine intake and they do represent good value compared to other gummies I've tried. The gummies are super convenient but they're poor value when compared to powders.

They taste quite sickly. I would never have guessed they were supposed to be blueberry. The combination of stevia and a glowing blue colourant is off-putting to say the least. Nevertheless, they are surprisingly pleasant to eat as well as convenient. Overall, I think I will go back to mixing powder when this jar is finished.
