Great lessons! Lots of golden nuggets to take w me on my leadership journey. Nehemiah's leadership trajectory brought me closer to God and helped me ask for direction and look within myself to be a better leader at work. Highly recommend!

The book is great. The quality not so much. Pages came loose and weren’t glue to the book.

thank you for allowing me to purchase this book. it is wonderful. several months ago, I heard a sermon on Nehemiah from chuck swindoll. he often goes where most pastors refuse to go which is deep subjects without candy coating the issue. yet, he keeps things simple and practical. I wish most pastors were this way. yet, most pastors and Christians alike have the attitude I don't do anything wrong because im a Christian

Excellent read!!

This excellent leadership text pulls lessons from the Old Testament book of Nehemiah. Swindoll is, as always, eminently readable. I am looking forward to using this book in a Theology of Leadership class I am teaching this fall. Highly recommended (and required, if you are taking the class).

A must read for those who lead others !!!

It provides a good amount of depth to Nehemiah's story. It's an easy read with some nice real life examples. The main takeaway I received was to persevere through difficult times as a leader, to not be afraid of confrontation, and that even the harshest of leaders have their heart in God's control. Don't hate your boss. Pray to God instead.

Present for the wife, of which I'll get to read after. Fantastic book she tells me. And I can't wait to read it.

Loved this book! Chuck Swindoll did an excellent job communicating the lessons we can learn on leadership from the life of Nehemiah. I highly recommend giving it a read.
