I suffer from extreme constipation due to surgery complications. So I rely heavily on magnesium citrate otherwise I am in painful trouble. I've tried all kinds, the powdered, the gummies and other pills. The powdered works but it's a pain having to mix it and then drink it over time because if I drink it too fast it make my BP shoot high. Gummies are literally candy that do nothing.
