Top quality and easy to use. If you need one of these it mean you have a broken neck and you need to be held tight and this brace will fill the bill. I hated it but got use to it over time and given the alternative I leaned to love the discomfort.

I fractured my cervical spine in a car accident in early February, and in the hospital my first cervical collar was also a Miami-J cervical collar. I had been in my first one for EXACTLY two months before it completely broke, and I had to get this new one off of Amazon! I have been in a cervical collar in for a third month in May, and this collar really, really does help! I suggest your first one to be a perscription by a doctor, 'cause some neck braces/cervical collars do tell you what size you are! Since my first cervical collar by Miami-J gave me that option!

I liked this purchase. Been having neck pain for a long time and this brace helped me to feel where my neck was supposed to align without pain. That was enough to make it totally worth it. I feel like if I can hold my head that way more often or all the time it could help.

I guess this businessman "Miami J" thinks so much of himself that he thought everyone would want his name plastered on both sides of their necks. Or maybe he just thinks of other people as his property or advertising billboards. Looking in the mirror, I'm reminded of those people that wear T-shirts that say "Nike" or "Adidas" in huge (or small) letters on the shirt. Those people don't seem to lack awareness that their appearance is quite tacky and that they aren't getting paid for the advertisement. Needless to say, you can't wear this thing in public unless you figure out a way to cover the HUGE labels or get replacement velcro straps. This is seriously taking advantage of people who are desperate to escape pain. And the label "Miami J" is on the front as well, although not as conspicuous. It is all very inconsiderate.

Bought this when my other wore out from sleeping with it. Seems to last 4 months if you don’t sleep with it on. 2 months for me when I slept with it on. Helpful tip: Don’t break your neck and you won’t have to buy one

The Ossur Miami J neck brace is superb. Great Stability, comfort and very easy to take on or off. I feel very secure when using it when I drive. A little restrictive looking side to side, but that is to be expected. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a neck pain or neck instability issue.
