I've been using the revoverybits for 2 months now. One of the most noticeable effects I’ve noticed is when I use them before bed as Catherine Arnston recommends. What Ive noticed is using them in conjunction with going to bed by 10 or 10:30pm at the lastest has given me the best results. I wake up feeling ready to go, not groggy. I feel refreshed and on the nights I go to bed by 10pm using the recoverybits between about 7-930pm before I head to bed, and Ive notice my skin even looks more smooth than usual, the following morning. I love how I feel refreshed, and look refreshed. It truly does enhance the effectivness from what I can tell when I use it going to bed at that time versus going to bed 11pm or later. It is pricey for me however I have used spirulina and chlorella for 2 years or so daily prior to hers and never experienced the same results. The way it is processed makes an important difference. Using the sound vs heat is worth it! And I am personally experiencing the positive effects. I appreciate that these are sold in sample packets because it does make it easier for me on weeks where I am tighter on money and can't afford to buy the large bag. A little history - I had issues with my gut for more than 30 years, candida overgrowth, food poisoning, etc. So anyone familiar with what gut issues can do and how miserable it can make you feel will understand where Im coming from. That said, I recently completed a Biocidin detox then started Energybits and Recoverybits midway during my detox and it was helpful for me because I had quite the die off symptoms and fatigue. After 2 months of all this I am feeling more like myself and even more of a calm and level-headed feeling which I am attributing to using the Energybits and Revoverybits together. I believe I am experiencing what she explains about the vagus nerve, gut/brain connection. In one of her podcast interviews she mentions a sort of study or clinical trials with veterans if I recall correctly and they were much improved in brains scans after just 30 days of using the full serving of both products. I can see why. Catherine, thank you for being so passionate about this and going as far as you have to bring these incredibly nutritious and commonly used microalgaes on the Eastern side of the globe to us here in the West. I came across a podcast at the right time and it was what I believe I needed. I thank God for coming across these. I am curious to see how continuing to use these after 3 months does me, seeing the body’s cellular 90 cycle.

I’ve been using a different product but came across these and decided to give them a try. I work out and walk 5-6 days per week. As I get older recovery takes longer. I love incorporating Recoverybits into my daily routine. Ensures I’m helping my body recover at a cellular level along with added protein and vitamins and minerals. They don’t have a smell, quality is very good, they are easy to swallow, but prefer to put into smoothie and drink it. Yes they are a bit pricey compared to other companies out there, but you get what you pay for. Thoroughly tested and just a superior product in my opinion. I used these during, and continued after a 5 day water fast. They helped my body and mind get through the fast and support recovery after.

So far so good. The sample is quite small so I would like to try a little bit more to see how it’s really working but it does seem to help with my bowel movements. The taste does take time to get used to. I really like the spirulina buy this company and feel like it’s a good product so I’m hopeful about this one.

I absolutely could see munching a couple as a snack the way people grab a few nuts......over the years I've tried a few of the algaes from impossible dark green powder to tablets that I swallowed because "they were good for me." But I have never, ever actually chewed a tablet like a snack. I saw the company founder, Catharine Arnston, being interviewed on YouTube by Dr Steven Gundry and she did exactly that -- popped a few like a snack. Sooo - I ordered the sample pack and had no trouble at all nibbling through the recommended 10 tablets. I could make these a habit. They are extremely good for you on many levels. I like that their products are grown in controlled conditions and tested .....and not in China. This is probably one of the safest brands. There is some variation in size of algae tablets across brands, and I compared this to the spirulina tablets I take of another brand .....to compare servings in a package, or cost per serving, you have to convert to milligrams......I think this is a superior product, but it is a high price point and that will deter a lot of people.

I just received this product a few days ago, so far it is very good. The price is amazing for all the nutrition, amino acids, vitamins and proteins in the recovery bits. Love how small and powerful this algae tablet is. Easy to swallow.

Finally, something that is worth every penny! I immediately began to feel better and healthier.. the chlorella felt cleansing, and I also got the spirulina, which gave me super high quality, clean and noticeable energy. My spirit, mood, and each hour of daily life have noticeably improved.. Really, what could be better than that? At the risk of sounding like a negative dude with a bad (realistic) attitude, I’m honestly extremely used to being disappointed by most all products and supplements, and have researched and taken so many different things, so this company is that refreshing and rare offering that works!! Quite simply, if every company was like Energy Bits, we would all be living on a better globe. I commend them for existing. Seems to be a good quality product but to expensive for the amount you receive. It would be a costly product to continuously use.
