Really good water purifier, buy it and forget. Installation was quick, no issues so far.

If you get those product below 13k it is good. The water taste is very good. The storage capacity is good for a small family. It produces lot of waste water. The filter replacement costs is huge. It is a good looking unit.

Kent as product is good. Used from Oct 2006 Oct till 2018. Service in Big Cities looted the customers because Kent uses 3rd Party Vendors for Service. They loot you if you have no basic knowledge of filter systems. I faced the same issue If you don't buy Kent Pre Filter they don't connect the pre filter. They connect a thick pipe so that we get into trouble connecting it. Very Shady 3rd Party VENDORS Very bad experience from 3rd party vendors.

The purifier seems to be well built. Packaging was really good and installation service was exceptional and fast. It is adviced to buy a prefilter and seems not very costly. Machine itself works silently, No fancy features like app connectivity. We cant access the water tank without a full unscrew of machine, which I felt may not be perfect but since UV disinfection is there in tank, I hope it is never an issue

I am writing a product review after using the water purifier for two years. First i will the cons so that you do not miss them. 1. The plastic water tank is not durable. It breaks very frequently. I changed the tank on Jan2026 and it broken again in October. The build is not good. 2. You would never know when the candles are out of service. You need to replace them very frequently especially when you are staying in or having hard water. 3. They say UV light protects from algae formation and stuff. I have never seen the UV light turning on. 4. The tap shown here is silver color. People mistake it for steel tap but it is a plastic one. 5. Coming to Kent post purchase service. It is very horrible. They do not respond to calls or tickets. I feel their service is outsourced, the forst thing they ask you to do is to close the tickets and they say would attend to the issue but they would never. They are doing this to show they have met SLA. I have got multiple calls to close the ticket. 6. If it is a new installation their team does not know properly to install. They force you to buy too many spares while installing.
